Jose Atiles

Jose Atiles is an Associate Professor in the Department of Sociology and Director of the Center for Global Studies at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. His latest book is "Islands of Exception: Law, Empire, and Offshore Finance in the Caribbean, published by Cambridge University Press.
