Hugo Fanton is assistant editor at Phenomenal World, professor at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS), and associate researcher at the Center for the Study of Citizenship Rights (Cenedic-University of São Paulo), the Arnold Bergstraesser Institute-University of Freiburg, and the International Research Group on Authoritarianism and Counter-Strategies (IRGAC).
