Quentin Bruneau

Quentin Bruneau is an Associate Professor in the Department of Politics at the New School for Social Research and Eugene Lang College. His book, States and the Masters of Capital: Sovereign Lending, Old and New (Columbia University Press, 2023), explores the transformation of sovereign lending from the early nineteenth century to the present day.
